Envi Pest Control (ABN 44 699 080 227) respects your privacy. This page explains how we handle information you share when contacting us about pest control services.

When you send an enquiry, you may provide your name, business name, phone number, email address, property address, pest concerns and other details you choose to include. The website enquiry buttons prepare an email in your own email app; you review and send it. We receive the information only after you send that email.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, arrange inspections or services, prepare quotes, keep service records and communicate about work you request. For commercial clients, agreed service records may be made available through an online portal where that service is arranged.

Sharing and security

We may share relevant information with people assisting us in providing the requested service, and where required by law. We take reasonable steps to protect information we hold. Email and online systems carry security risks, so avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
